MHS Quality continuous improvement policy

 

MHS has already integrated a pro-active process to support its continuous improvement plan.

For customer expectations: MHS keeps permanent awareness of customer or  market needs evolution. With its annual customer survey, during symposium or  business review with customers, all MHS representatives take care of potential customer expectations  in terms of process development, industrial results and performances, or quality level.

For MHS shareholders: MHS has totally integrated the philosophy of efficiency and efficacy in its quality approach. Industrial results, that are included in the main MHS process are included  in  the core of the management to make   MHS is as a long term supplier.

For MHS staff: MHS promotes permanent improvement of work conditions inside the factories, the communication and clearness of the objectives and results of the factories.

For suppliers and subcontractors: MHS wishes  to develop a real partnership with all companies  working with us with a common goal: a Win / Win approach.
