MHS takes into account the risk management, as soon as a new project is started:
 By a preliminary detailed analysis of the customer requirements and constraints when doing the feasability analysis of any customer demand.
By integrating intermediate validation phases for each project as well as a final validation with the customer
By the systemic use of DOE and preproduction lots for each new product
By a double sourcing policy and severe criteria for the selection, the assessment and follow-up of key suppliers and subcontractors
By the implementation of a Recovery plan including the potential risks on the MHS production facilities |
