MHS Quality goals

MHS Quality goals aim to meet customer expectations in terms of prices, leadtimes and quality, whilst guaranteeing MHS' present and future and are defined in the MHS strategic plan. They are reviewed and validated once a year by the MHS head staff and deployed to all employees.

The main quality goals are:
On time deliveries for the customers
Cost of non-quality
Return material authorization cost
