Analog and mixed-signal technologies

Following the “More than Moore” strategy, MHS’ Silicon Foundry offers application-driven added-value technology platforms.

This wide choice of state-of-the-art Analog and Mixed-Signal Bipolar, BiCMOS, CMOS and LDMOS processes with specialty options, and highest function integration, provides a system-cost advantage for our customers.

Each technology family includes a modular approach with a set of process and modules which can be chosen or not in accordance with the real IC product needs. This technology family partitioning helps our customers to optimize their function manufacturing cost.

Our technology portfolio includes four series:

W-series: Linear Bipolar process technologies
H-series: Complementary Bipolar process technologies on Silicon or SOI substrates
B-series: BiCMOS process technologies
SCMOS-series: 5V CMOS process technologies
