This wide choice of state-of-the-art Analog and Mixed-Signal BiCMOS, CMOS and LDMOS processes with specialty options, and highest function integration, provides a system-cost advantage for our customers.
Each technology family includes a modular approach with a set of process and modules which can be chosen or not in accordance with the real IC product needs. This technology family partitioning helps our customers to optimize their function manufacturing cost.
