SCMOS-series includes a 0.8µm (SCMOS1A) and three 0.5µm 5V mixed-signal CMOS technology families (SCMOS3E, SCMOS3EE and SCMOS3RT).
Different options are offered with these specialty technologies including optimized analog features, embedded non volatile memories, high voltage or high temperature capabilities, and radiation tolerance.
